Complaints about a contact on the ESP can be made via The Eastern Shore Phonebook’s Facebook Page

All feedback is taken into account and will be used to either approve / decline ESP Verified status,

And can go so far as to have negatively impactful contacts removed altogether, given sufficient proof of misconduct, poor customer service, and/or other derogatory remark
